RETURN POLICY
Return Timeframe
You may return most items for store credit within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same original condition you received them
- With all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact
- Not marked as “final sale,” sale/clearance items, or otherwise non-returnable (e.g. intimates, swimwear, gift cards — as specified on product pages)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal (via the “Return Portal” link on our website) and provide the required information (order number, email address/zip code, tracking number, etc.). Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Authorization if approved.
After receiving your authorization, package the item carefully in its original packaging (if possible), include your authorization slip, and ship it back to the provided return address. For U.S. customers, return shipping is free for qualifying returns. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds / Credit
We do not refund to your original payment method. All approved returns are eligible for store credit only, which will be emailed to you. The store credit will be issued in USD and is valid for 12 months from issue. Exchanges (e.g. different size, color, or style) are processed as a separate new order and are subject to product availability; return shipping fees apply.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please report the issue within 14 calendar days of delivery (or within 7 days if you used expedited shipping). Include your order number and a photo of the issue when contacting us. Items must not have been worn or washed; otherwise they become ineligible for return/credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally not eligible for return or exchange: final-sale items, sale/clearance items, intimates, swimwear (unless explicitly stated as return-eligible), gift cards, and personal care or cosmetic items.
Return Shipping & Processing
For returns from U.S. customers: qualifying returns qualify for free return shipping (if using the provided return label). For international customers: return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer. After the returned item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days.
Important Notes
- Once you return an item, you may use the store credit for future purchases. The credit expires 12 months after issuance (unless restricted by state laws).
- Items returned without prior Return Authorization — or those not meeting the conditions above — may be rejected or not credited.
- Returning an item does not guarantee a refund to your original payment method. All returns result in store credit only.
