Shipping Policy
IMPORTANT: Once an order is placed, we do not allow cancellations or edits. Please carefully review your order, contact details, and payment information before completing checkout.
Free Returns, Exchanges & Package Protection
When you opt for Package Protection at checkout, your order is covered — you qualify for a return, store-credit exchange, or replacement at no extra cost. This helps protect you against lost, damaged, or stolen packages and avoids additional return handling fees.
If you do not select Package Protection, you may still return for store credit or exchange, but you may be responsible for any handling or return shipping fees, and Baltic Born may not be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Some items (e.g. final-sale items) may be excluded from these protections.
What Package Protection Covers
- Items damaged upon arrival.
- Items lost in transit.
- Items marked as delivered but stolen or not received.
- Shipments that never arrive.

At checkout, make sure to check the “Free Returns & Exchanges + Shipping Protection” box to add this coverage to your order.
How to Use Package Protection / File a Claim
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us via email at hello@balticborn.com to submit a claim.
Replacement & Shipping Times
After we confirm your package protection claim, a replacement will be shipped immediately using our standard shipping method.
Claim Deadlines
- If the item was delivered damaged: Email us within 14 days of delivery (or within 7 days if you selected expedited shipping).
- If the package shows as delivered but you have not received it (or tracking shows no updates): First contact the carrier or your local post office. If they provide no resolution, and you still haven’t received your package after 6 business days since it was marked “delivered” — or at least 10 days since the last tracking update — you may submit a claim.
- All claims must be initiated within 30 days of the package being marked as delivered (or the last tracking update), or the claim will be closed without compensation.
Note: Free Returns & Exchanges + Package Protection is currently only available for U.S. customers.
